Massage therapy is and always should be about health and wellbeing in a safe environment. This includes a comfortable environment before, during and after the massage, as well as privacy while changing and the right to remove clothing only to their level of comfort for the massage.

If you've never had a Massage or Facial, you may be wondering what to expect on your first visit to Self Balance Massage. During your visit you'll experience relaxation and comfort, dedicated to your well-being and peace of mind. We want your massage experience to be a memorable one.
Insurance
You will need to have your insurance information in order to use our benefits.
Parking
It's the brick building on the corner of Hazel Del Ave and 83rd Street, please park on 83rd street or at Safeway just a block away. Behind the blue car.

Returning Client
Note: Steps 1 and 2 can be done in either order. You can start out by picking a Service and then a Practitioner. Or vice versa -- pick a Practitioner and then a Service. This depends on your preference!
Credit Card
When booking, please use a credit card to make a payment. You may make a payment through the Jane Booking App or In Office when you come in for your appointment.
Preliminary Information
- You will be asked to fill out a consent form agreeing to our coverage and cancellation policy
- Coverage Policy: We drape or cover the body using a sheet or towel when doing massage treatments. We do this because it is required by law and because we feel the most comfortable working that way. We will not work with you under any circumstances without appropriate draping and covering.
- Cancellation / No Show Policy: A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated (special circumstances may differ policy). All no call / no shows will be billed 1/2 of the session fee.
- You will be required to fill out a health history survey before service.
