If you have not verified your health insurance benefits, prior to your massage, you will be required to pay out of pocket.

Depending on your medical insurance provider, you might be eligible for partial service reimbursements. All you need to do is call the customer service number on your medical ID card to verify your massage benefits. From there, you can find out how much your insurance provider will cover on behalf of your massage.

Self Balance Massage is not a preferred provider with any insurance companies.

We are considered an out-of-network provider.

Your medical insurance may allow you to see an out-of-network provider and reimburse you for a portion of your service. You will need to call the customer service number on your medical ID card to verify that you have massage benefits and find out how much your insurance company will pay if you work with an out-of-network provider.

We can not call for you ~ your insurance company won’t give out any information about your plan to anyone but you. Self Balance Massage will provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your insurance company. If your insurance company would preferr an electronic submission of your service directly to them ~ we would be happy to do that for you.

Payment for your massage is due in full at the time service.

We do accept most Health Savings Account cards.
